Right of Withdrawal
1. Introduction
1.1 Purpose of Refund Policy
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which WayToEmirates (“the Company”) may or may not issue refunds for payments made by clients (“you” or “Client”) for consultancy and facilitation services related to UAE visa and business license applications.
1.2 Acceptance of Policy
By engaging our services, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy. This Policy is part of our Service Agreement, and you are advised to review it carefully before making any payments.
2. Non-Refundable Payment Policy
2.1 General Non-Refundability
All payments made to the Company are generally non-refundable once the application process has commenced. This Policy applies to:
Upfront Payments: Entire service fees paid in advance.
Step-by-Step Payments: Payments made in installments at each stage of the application process.
2.2 Commencement of Services
The application process is considered “commenced” upon receipt of payment and submission of initial documentation required for the application. Once commenced, the services are deemed to have been rendered, and all payments are non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility Conditions
3.1 Cancellation Before Process Initiation
If a Client requests cancellation before the official start of the application process (i.e., before any documents have been submitted to UAE authorities), a partial refund may be provided, subject to the following:
Administrative Fee Deduction: A portion of the fee will be deducted to cover administrative costs, including initial consultations and document preparation.
Written Request: The Client must submit a written cancellation request via email to WayToEmirates@yahoo.com
3.2 Government Rejection of Applications
The Company acts as a facilitator and consultant only, without influence over the outcome of applications. If the UAE authorities reject your application, no refund will be provided, as the Company has fulfilled its role in preparing and submitting the application.
3.3 Delays Due to External Factors
Refunds are not issued in cases of delays caused by factors beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to:
Changes in UAE government regulations or processing requirements
Delays in response or action by UAE government authorities
Force majeure events, such as natural disasters or unforeseen disruptions
3.4 Non-Compliance by Client
If the application process is delayed, disrupted, or terminated due to the Client’s failure to provide accurate, timely, and complete information, no refund will be issued. The Client is responsible for meeting documentation and information requirements to ensure a smooth application process.
4. Refund Request Process
4.1 Submission of Request
To request a refund, you must submit a written request to WayToEmirates@yahoo.com, including:
Full name and contact information
Reason for the refund request
Any supporting documentation that may substantiate the request
4.2 Review and Approval
Eligibility Assessment: Our team will review the refund request to determine eligibility based on the conditions outlined in this Policy.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
4.3 Refund Denial
If a refund request does not meet the criteria outlined in this Policy, the request will be denied, and the Client will be notified of the decision and the reason for denial.
5. Special Considerations
5.1 Currency and Transaction Fees
Refunds will be issued in the original transaction currency. The Company is not responsible for any differences in refunded amounts due to currency exchange rates, transaction fees, or other fees applied by the Client’s bank or payment provider.
5.2 Partial Refunds
In cases where partial refunds are approved, the amount refunded will reflect the portion of services not yet rendered. Administrative and processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
