2.2 Limitations of Service
Our Company acts solely as a facilitator and consultant and is not responsible for any final decision made by UAE governmental bodies. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, the Company does not control the outcome, processing time, or requirements set by UAE authorities.
3. Eligibility to Use Services
3.1 Minimum Age Requirement
By accessing our Site or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not meet these criteria, you must refrain from using the Site or our services.
3.2 Legal Authority

4. Payments and Fees
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or step-by-step installment plan, as indicated on the Site or as otherwise communicated by the Company.
4.2 Payment Structure
- Upfront Payment: This covers the entire scope of services as defined in the Service Agreement and is non-refundable once the application process begins. - Step-by-Step Payments: Clients opting for installment payments agree to pay each installment before the start of each corresponding phase in the process. Delays in payments may affect the application timeline.
4.3 Invoice and Confirmation
An invoice will be issued upon receiving payment, serving as confirmation of the Client’s acceptance of these Terms and engagement of the Company’s services. Clients must keep payment records for reference, as they will not be refunded once the process begins.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1 Non-Refundable Payments
Payments made are generally non-refundable once the application process has begun. Clients acknowledge and accept this refund policy upon initiating services with the Company.
5.2 Pre-Process Cancellation
If a Client chooses to cancel services before the application process begins, the Company may offer a partial refund, subject to deduction of any administrative fees incurred. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing.
5.3 Government Rejection Policy
Should UAE authorities reject an application, the Company is not responsible for issuing a refund, as we cannot influence the final decisions of government bodies. Our role is to provide support, guidance, and submission assistance only.
6. Responsibilities of Client and Company
6.1 Client Responsibilities
- Accurate and Timely Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information as required for application processing. Failure to do so may result in delays or application rejection. - Compliance with Document Requests: The Client agrees to comply with all requests for documentation or additional information necessary for their application. - Notification of Changes: Clients must notify the Company immediately if any personal, legal, or financial changes occur that may impact their application.
6.2 Company Responsibilities
- Service Delivery: The Company is committed to providing consultancy and facilitation services with professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to UAE laws. - Confidentiality: The Company will maintain confidentiality of all Client information, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. - Updates and Communication: The Company will keep the Client informed of the application status and respond to queries related to the UAE visa or licensing process in a timely manner.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Data Collection and Use
The Company collects personal data such as names, contact details, and identification information to process applications. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as described.
7.2 Data Sharing
Client data may be shared with UAE authorities for application processing. The Company will not disclose personal information to third parties except as required by law or with the Client’s consent.
7.3 Data Security Measures
The Company uses industry-standard security protocols to protect Client data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee absolute data security.
7.4 Retention and Disposal
Personal information will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of the application process, after which it will be securely disposed of.
8. Limitations of Liability
8.1 Governmental Decisions
The Company is not liable for the final outcome of applications or any delays caused by UAE authorities. Clients are aware that approval or rejection decisions are solely at the discretion of the UAE government.
8.2 Service Disruptions
The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure events, technical issues, or other factors outside its control, including client-provided misinformation or delays.
8.3 Client-Induced Issues
Any inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or omissions by the Client that lead to adverse outcomes are the Client’s responsibility, and no compensation or refund will be provided in such cases.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts in the emirate where the Company is based.
